The property includes 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 main kitchens, 2 kitchenettes, 3 laundry rooms, 1 healing room, 1 multipurpose movement space, spacious lanais, saltwater pool and hot tub, cold plunge, outside shower, gardens, fruit trees, and 4.4 acres of grounds. 

Standard Occupancy is 18 people. 

Accommodation capacity can be expanded with additional beds, bell tents and dormitory style sleeping in the loft or dojo for larger groups.
